Get more energy while your are at your desk with office Yoga.

As a PreSales Software Engineer I spend quite a bit of my time in a chair talking to people. As the forth quarter of the year starts ramping up it seems like this time is doubling. This also means the pain in my shoulders and lower back doubles. There are many ways to help make your time easier while in office mode like standing up as much as you can, sneaking off to the side and doing a few flows of Sun Salutations, eating easily digestible food and drinking lots of water. The lost of water suggestion works in two ways, first it helps Muscles and joints function properly and second it make you get up and go to the bathroom. Office Yoga is definatly a lifesaver when it comes to these long days in a sitting position that we really aren't meant to be in. What about when you are in your chair?  That is the question that I had in my mind this morning so I started to play around with some of the flows in my current practice and also found this helpful site that talks about 8 Seated Yoga Poses so I thought I would pass it along.
